This cool subterranean restaurant situated in Manchester’s Spinningfields is a showcase for modern Australian cuisine. The resulting interior had to be modern and clean both in look and in material finish. The issues of light in this underground setting were circumnavigated with the use of light and reflective materials. Precise clean lines on all the internal joinery were used to finish off this modernist interior perfectly.
