Grand Pacific

The Grand Pacific franchise is designed to be a themed extension of the Australasia brand with the same ethos of a Pacific rim meeting Euro/Asian cuisine. The interior environment however takes the diner back to the colonial origins of this match. In order to give the user the feeling of having just stepped off a steam boat, the interior joinery was constructed with traditional techniques and materials.
